Cookbook Recipe
Carol's Red, White and Blue Dessert
I found this recipe for 4th of July years ago, but I make it for all our family get togethers. The original recipe calls for a “flag” arrangement on top, but I only did that once. Now I just put whatever design happens to be in my head at the time. I have also made it with other berries. Try it frozen, my brother says it’s even better.

Debbie Gordon's Chocolate Grand Marnier Cupcakes
Delicious cupcakes for any occasion

Cookbook Recipe
D'Nika's Saucy Gochujang Noodles
If you want just rice noodles, use 14–16 ounces of rice noodles. If you choose to use all zucchini noodles, use 6–8 medium zucchini.

Cookbook Recipe
Eileen's Irish Soda Bread
An old Irish recipe that we thought was passed down from ancestors, but really came in the mail with the gas bill to my grandmother in the 50s.

Cookbook Recipe
Grandma Schmit's Coffee Cake
Granma Schmit for years made this coffee cake for all of her family. She would make these coffee cakes and then get in her car to deliver them out to the farms, so that everyone would have this cake for Sunday morning after mass. I know she sent them in to Omaha as well. If you stopped in to see Grandma, chances were good she would have this coffee cake waiting for you.

Cookbook Recipe
Megan's Lentil Bolognese
If your veggie broth is bland or your bolognese is bland, you can intensify the depth here by adding a tiny splash of soy sauce, or miso paste mixed with a little water, or a little veggie stock bouillon paste. Feel free to sub-French Green Lentils or Split Red lentils This can be made ahead and will keep up to 4 days in the fridge.

Megan's Soba Noodle Salad

Cookbook Recipe
Meredith's Kaiserschmarrn
Meredith's Kaiserschmarrn (Emperor's Mess) is an Austrian pancake. After college my mom spent a good amount of time in Germany and Austria where she picked up this recipe. I grew up with my mom making this every Christmas for breakfast and I have continued this tradition today with our family. My daughter loves it so much she just asked if she could have this on her birthday in September

Cookbook Recipe
Michael's Grandma's Krumkake
When it came down to recipes, really there were only 2 to consider. Unfortunately, I found that pretty much the only things we have yet to unpack from moving months ago is our cookbooks so of the two, the only one I could find was Grandma Moore's krumkake cookies (the other was Grandma Clark's banana cream pie). Both are staples of the Clark household for as long as I can remember. So much so that we "made" both grandma's cook them every holiday season. Grandma Clark said she would send us a pie from Arizona once she moved down there, but we didn't go that far. The krumkake goes back to our Norwegian roots and was part of perhaps a dozen cookies grandma would make for Christmas. Not sure why this one stuck with us but am assuming because of its shape.....and the fact that it is yummy. There are different variations to the recipe to add various flavors but I tend to like the original version. Just watch out.....we have our own krumkake iron to make them now that grandma has passed and if you're not careful, your fingertips will get a bit toasty. A nice ice bath is recommended nearby. Enjoy!

Sarah's Grammie Elsie's Swedish Rice Meatballs
Grammie Elsie loves her green beans! We will usually double or triple the recipe to make big batches. Meatballs freeze well! This is a great cold weather comfort food!

Thank you for your interest in Enaana123's cookbook and for helping support the BakeSpace community of independent cookbook authors!

Here’s some quick information regarding how our cookbook platform works, along with a few tips for making the most of cookbooks you add to your library.

What is the Cookbook Café Platform?

Cookbook Café is our one-of-a-kind cookbook publisher, marketplace and reader. It empowers everyone to create, market and distribute a cookbook as both a web-based eBook and an iPad app. It also makes it incredibly easy for home cooks to discover and use amazing grassroots cookbooks they won't find anywhere else. Since 2012, we've published thousands of cookbooks authored by home chefs, nonprofit organizations, clubs, brands, etc. Our goal is to democratize cookbook publishing and make it easy to build an online library of amazing grassroots cookbooks.

How do I "download" a cookbook?

You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.

When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.

While you're checking out cookbooks, also take some time to visit other parts of the delicious BakeSpace.com community where you can swap recipes and connect with others who share your passion for food and the culinary lifestyle.

Get ready to enjoy a uniquely smart and social cookbook experience!

Once a cookbook is added to your BakeSpace library, our proprietary recipe indexing technology makes it easy for you to find any specific recipe across all of your cookbooks… so there's no need to remember which cookbook contains that perfect recipe. In addition, you can connect directly with each cookbook author, leave comments/reviews and even ask questions about recipe substitutions, history, etc.
