Role Overview: 

The ON24 Event Specialist is responsible for the delivery of customer events using ON24’s virtual product suite. 

Event specialists are responsible for:

Role Overview:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Sales team. Our SDR’s are trained to promote and educate customers and prospects on our market-leading Digital Experience Platform. 

Successful Sales Development Representatives have an opportunity to become a quota-carrying Account Executive in 12-18 months. To be successful, you’ll need a passion to succeed, a clear vision of your goals and career path, and the desire to be part of a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers, create target lists, and generate new pipeline/business opportunities for the company by penetrating key accounts
  • Conduct daily outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound communications (phone, email).
  • Manage, track, and report all activities and results using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Collaborate alongside sales to qualify customers, build pipelines, and drive deals.
  • Schedule calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with both Sales and Marketing

Skills & Experience:

  • Organized self-starter with solid time management skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written, in addition to excellent listening skills and a positive, engaging phone presence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience required.
  • Experience in roles involving calls, emails, or prospecting targets.
  • Ability to collaborate with different peers across the organization (team player attitude)
  • Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue
  • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • Managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
  • Experience with tools such as SalesForce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Office365, 6Sense, and Regie is a plus.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Director of Procurement to lead the sourcing, procurement, pricing, and contract negotiations for all vendors globally. Partnering with FP&A this person will assist in developing and maintaining a strategic plan to drive value cross functionally based on an understanding of the business’ priorities, market conditions and spend baseline.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve problems, build partnerships, and close agreements with tight deadlines
  • Develop RFPs and RFIs along with evaluation criteria and industry benchmarking
  • Ensure financial processes are in place for issuing of payments to suppliers and contractors
  • Onboard new vendors and contractors into Coupa and/or SFDC
  • Assist in the development and implementation of automating processes for sourcing, procurement, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Drive strategic initiatives towards increasing vendor diversity
  • Manage facilities vendor relationships & monthly ongoing list of new vendors to onboard
  • Track and maintain expiration and renewals of vendor agreements
  • Create purchase requisitions in Coupa and add to monthly requisition reports
  • Work on ad hoc procurement and facilities-related projects and tasks to improve operational efficiency throughout the organization
  • Manage Facilities corporate credit card expenses for monthly reconciliation

 Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience within Procurement
  • Advanced skills in Coupa, Concur, DocuSign, SFDC and in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently

Overview:

The GL Accountant will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and building relationships with members within finance and across the organization. The GL Accountant is responsible for the proper application of US GAAP, recording accounting transactions, performing balance sheet account reconciliations and account analysis. We are looking for someone who has strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, thrives on process improvement, and enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced environment to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly closing activities including preparation of journal entries, account analyses, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts such as prepaid expenses, deferred costs, payroll, and accrued liabilities.
  • Collaborate and support Financial Planning and Analysis, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and other cross-functional departments
  • Perform analytical reviews, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities and budget, as needed
  • Support external auditors and tax accountants
  • Assist with annual audit and tax return preparation, including foreign filings
  • Participate in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team
  • Performs other related ad-hoc projects, analyses and duties as required 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines with professional follow-through
  • Proactive, assertive, and creative approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency with NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Assist with special projects as required

The base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
